2. If the whole post is about you, move to number 3. If there are other random pics, you must provide the url to the exact photo(s) you are shown in.

3. You must prove the person in the picture(s) are you. This is done because a friend, cousin, girlfriend, etc… can claim the person is them. All you need to do is provide a regular picture of yourself or a link to a profile page.

If guidelines are follow, and 99.9% of the time they are, we will remove the link or the media itself within 48 hours of receiving and reading the e-mail. PLEASE NOTE: we often go days without checking our e-mails, so just because you sent it on 2/11/2012 doesn’t mean that’s the day we read it. Yahoo’s mail servers document the exact time we actually open the e-mail for litigation purposes. We ALWAYS respond after we initially read the e-mail.

Mentioning your lawyers, attorneys, or other threats do not make us delete anything any faster. Every person who e-mails us is treated equally and will be removed in the exact same time frame. We did not illegally post anything that you allowed to get on the internet; we simply, in 99.5% of the posts, re-posted content we found somewhere else on the internet. Your pictures will NEVER be gone from the internet, just gone from freakbucket.com. You may very well be in multiple post, because we do not keep track of the people in the images, as we don’t know their names or contact information. The pictures are only filed under a folder name and post title, which can be anything from “Susy’s Big Ass” or “Super Tits”.
